Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms of service. I reserve the right decline or cancel a commission for any reason. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out!Payment:- All payments must be paid in USD through Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp
- Unless previously discussed, payments should be made within 48 hours of commission confirmation, otherwise you run the risk of losing your commission slot and spot on the queue.
- Commissions need to be paid in full unless previously discussed. Payment plans for larger commissions can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
- Commissions are not started until they are paid in full.Refunds:- Full refunds may be requested if art is overdue and up until the piece is started.
- Partial refunds can be given during the sketch phase.
- Once the sketch is confirmed and lining has started refunds will not be available.Commission Process:- Commissions open through Twitter or through individual DM.
- Commission are taken and worked on in batches.
- Multiple commissions will be worked on at the same time and will then be set aside for the next step, like sketching, lining, coloring, and rendering/finishing touches.
- Small commissions (toony icons and headshots, memes, small YCHs, and things similar in complexity/size) DO NOT usually have sketches sent for preapproval. If you would like to confirm the lines on these types of commissions please let me know!
- Sketches for larger commissions will be sent for approval, and major changes can be made at this time. No large edits will be able to be made once the sketch is approved by you without a fee.
- Small edits, including marking fixes, errors, and forgotten details will be included at no extra charge.
- Any mistake that is due to my personal error will be fixed at no extra charge.Waiting Time- All commissions are worked on in the order they are received. A rush fee of +50% of your commission cost can be added if you would like to skip the queue.
- Commissioners will receive an estimated completion time and a link to the trello board to see their position on the queue.
- Estimated wait times are subject to change and are flexible due to outside commitments, such as grad school.
- Current status will be listed on Trello and updated as needed.Art Rights/License- Commissioners may repost and share art as long as credit is given!
- All art is for personal use only, and cannot be used for profit, commercial goods, or reselling of any kind unless previously discussed through a written agreement.
- I retain the right to use the art for personal and business purposes, including but not limited to: making prints, merchandise, posting online, including in a portfolio, and using it for advertising purposes.
- Under no circumstances may any art be made into an NFT or be involved in crypto.
